Once we understand your needs our experts will suggest window and door solutions that provide the best lighting, ventilation and energy efficiency, that meets code and fits the architectural style. They will consider traffic patterns and furniture placement to make windows and doors useful and convenient. And finally, they will seek ways to lower your cost while enhancing the finished result.

Estimates and Consultation

We start with a base bid, based on your plans as drawn. Then we propose detailed suggestions to improve them and we value engineer your plans to maximize your investment. We do as many estimates as required to ensure that you have what you want.  You’ll get VIP treatment every time you visit us.

Professional Reports

We provide itemized quotes, alternate estimates, rough opening schedules, scaled drawings and detailed specifications.

Installed Sales

New construction window and door installation by our full-time team is strongly suggested. This has become a highly valued service.  Our full-time, experienced crew will install your windows and doors according to the “best-practices” of the industry.  We install everything level, plumb and square; we shim the windows and doors and install flashing around the exterior.  We find this allows us to assume sole responsibility, eliminating finger-pointing when windows are poorly installed by others. 

We install what we sell, including replacement windows, French doors, patio doors, skylights and bay windows. We also convert screened porches or patio areas to year-round sun rooms.

Financing

Financing is available for homeowners for both remodeling and new construction with approved credit.

Certified Service After the Sale

We have an extensive stock of service parts on hand. Additionally, our employees are trained to handle most service problems. If a manufacturer expertise is needed to perform service, we act as your advocate to ensure a prompt response.

We can provide accurate and fast quotes, consultation with customers regarding options and brand selection, computerized rough opening schedules, free installation clinics for framing crews, convenient credit terms, job-site delivery, storage of screens, grilles, etc. Additional services are available on a fee basis.

Referral Services

We refer leads to members of the Home Builders Association and the Remodelers Council. We attempt to match requests with the best contractor available, based on our extensive knowledge of trades people in our market.
